About Mobilize

Founded by two entrepreneurs, Mobilize is a fast-paced technology and communications company. We have entered into our most extensive growth phase and are expanding our team to align with our big VISION.

We believe in working hard and having fun! We do company retreats off-site so the team can get to experience each other in a “non-office” environment. Celebrating each other's achievements is one of our favorite things to do.

Our team comes from many different backgrounds and we are incredibly passionate and committed to diversity in all areas of our team. That commitment goes beyond the hiring stage into the day-to-day active work it takes to keep an inclusive space. As a business, internal and external, we chose to be on the side of providing solutions, not problems. We look for experience, education, training, self-taught skills, and problem-solving magical unicorns. We want people who are hungry for life, their career, and what contributions they make to the world. We’ve taken the stance of, if you see something, say something, there is never a day to be on the wrong side of history.

Mobilize has established a unique working environment that allows team members to excel and climb their own career growth trajectories. We are committed to providing our team with fun and exciting challenges and opportunities that will put them at the forefront of changing what is possible with technology.

Let’s get down to brass tacks, what is it REALLY like to work for Mobilize? We like to think about things a little differently and put culture first. While you’ll see a lot of the same patterns at other companies (agile, sprint meetings, etc); at Mobilize people always come first and we regularly open up our meetings talking about learnings, our weekends, and our goals! Being on a small (but growing!) agile development team allows us to get to know each other, build relationships, and really get into the trenches together. Our wins are shared, and we’re always open and transparent about what we as a team need to improve on. As a senior on the team, you’ll split your time between crushing code, helping level up the rest of the team on their code/PRs, and working with our chief architect and PM to define and roadmap the future of VISION. Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
